Why do we use PVA technology?
Overcoming the Limits of Wool: To create a fabric this thin, the wool yarn must be incredibly fine. However, ultra-fine wool is fragile and snaps easily under the tension of a 16-gauge machine. By twisting the wool with PVA fiber, we give the yarn temporary super-strength to survive the knitting process.
The "Magic" Wash: Once the garment is fully knitted, it undergoes a highly controlled heated washing process. The PVA fiber dissolves completely into the water, leaving zero chemical residue behind.
The Result: What remains is a 100% natural wool garment that is vastly lighter, more open, and more delicate than could ever be achieved through standard knitting methods.
