Product Description
Style FW2715 is a 7GG pullover in a lightweight mohair blend, knit to 100g per piece. WFS Cashmere produces it as an OEM/ODM program — custom colors, sizes, trims and private-label branding — with a 100-piece-per-style MOQ. The style is knitted in our own facility on 7GG machines — 50,000 pieces a month of capacity across 3GG to 18GG — alongside the trims and labels that finish it.
Product Overview
A 7GG bed uses thicker needles and wider stitch spacing. That is what lets a knit structure stand off the surface of the fabric instead of reading flat. At 100g, the stitch definition survives washing, so the piece keeps its shape rather than collapsing into a generic knit.
The neckline, cuffs and hem are knitted to the same tension as the body, so the garment does not distort at the seams. Where a pocket or placket is specified, it is worked into the panel rather than applied afterwards.
